And just think, most American's don't even have $400 in savings.

I don't think a million dollars is a lot of money, but statistically speaking, making 100k a year is on the higher end of the bell curve.

Lol we just went over this. That one kid will show up and say that unless you make $300k, you’re chit.

Income has a huge part to do with where you live, period. People go “I make X” and leave out that they live somewhere that rent for a 450 sq ft apartment is $3300 a month...

Shyt, me and you are on the same level, bruh. I found a job making 120k, in the custodial arts, right out of college. Literally, I submitted my resume with no prior experience or internships, and my phone would not stop ringing.

agreed

100K in NYC is garbage but 100K in midwest or especially the South is great money. 100K even in a decent part of Florida like say Tampa is great income. You take home basically 6500 a month - nice house mortgage is maybe 1800 a month, nice car payment is 600 a month and that leaves you 4100 a month for everything else

/thread right here.

I live in the Midwest and my total mortgage payment is less than half of what my brother pays in DC for a 600sq ft apartment...

where you getting these numbers from bud this definitely isn't the case.

i feel like for the misc there's a few chads who make 1m+ yearly ceoing and then the majority sit it in the 40-80k range, and then there's the scrubs who make <40k working their menial jobs

I make 160K in the midwest

Have a 2500 square foot house
$70K luxury car (I paid 40K for it)
go out twice a week
vacation 10 times a year
still save about 5K a month

Florida, especially north of Miami, is not expensive at all. I dunno why it has a reputation as such

My sister and brother are going to medical school and they will likely start at around 250K a year as an M.D. I am really jealous of them.

except for the part where they have to pay 400K in student loans

and most MDs start at like 130 or 140. What are they doing to start at 250?
