good job, OP. While sifting through the mire of nihilism, depravity, and negativity that is the misc these days, at least there is the occasional real lifting thread like this that shines bright.

I stopped pushing back when I had achieved 315x9 in a commercial gym. I moved away, slowly built up my garage gym, got my power rack, and never got back up to those numbers. I've made peace with it now, but part of me still wonders what could have been.

What did you do different when you learned about fatigue management? Are you taking planned deload weeks or just lifting in a moderate RPE?
I had similar experience, as soon as I started to periodise my training properly, everything got better

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."
