The following video is the best explanation and prediction of The Great Resetthat I've come across.
For those who think they already know what it means, this guy talks about an area you may be unfamiliar with:Central Bank Digital Currency(CBDC)...
Why CBDCs? A centralized digital currency ran by a blockchain means that there will be a recorded transaction history of every single digital coin in circulation. Which means that unlike cash, the government will have complete knowledge of where and how their currency is being spent. They will be able to tax literally every single transaction through a smart contract, meaning an automatic program. They will also be able to freeze any of digital currency if they are in the possession of people who the government doesn't like, just like how a commercial bank or paypal can freeze your assets.
In case people don't know China has been testing it's own CBDC this year, which is going to be release in 2021.
The US clearly has plans too, as the same brah makes the case...
Solution (part of it):
IMO a good way of taking power away from Central Bank Digital Currencies (which are looking inevitable, like the brah says many Central Banks are researching or creating their own centralized digital currency), is to use Decentralized Cryptocurrencies for buying and selling (and borrowing e.g. DEFI platforms) rather than just using cryptocurrency for speculative investment.
Cliffs: Part of the Great Reset involves the role out of central bank centralized digital currencies.
A way to combat centralized digital currencies is to use decentalized digital currencies like; Bitcoin Cash and Dash. And privacy coins like Monero. Along with decentralized crypto loan platforms.
Brah who is unbanked and refuses to use government money...
Another guy who has become committed to using cryptocurrencies, due to having his account frozen by Paypal...

The same moment they can cut someone out with a click, we are officialy in a world dictatorship.
Hard to say if bitcoins are the saving plan or a trick they played to drag people into the idea of abolishing cash.

Just don´t support bitcoin or bitcoin cash, both have little potential. Support a solid one like tezos, that actually has huge potential and a chance against CBDC´s.

If CBDC goes live then cash will eventually be worthless, we can't hold on to that approach even if we want to it seems. So IMO it's best to embrace decentralized tech rather than centralized.

Bitcoin Cash is lead by Roger Ver who is an ideologue and the Bitcoin Cash team are actually trying to build an ecosystem that makes it usable as a currency. Is Tezos doing the same (genuine question)?

Bitcoin seems to be 'digital gold', not a digital currency. So it won't help when CBDCs go live.
Bitcoin is awful as a currency IME, slow with high transaction fees in comparison to a number of cryptos.

With digital, traceable cash, how would future generations buy cryptocurrencies?
We all realize if (((they))) thought cryptos were a real threat to their global plan they could simply make cash to crypto exchanges illegal worldwide?

I think decentralized crypto would have a shot at gaining traction if the developers come up with some convenient way to use them. As it stands there is no way the masses will use it.
Meanwhile centralized banking :
Brb just tap for in person purchases
Brb insert and type 4-6 digit pin
Brb type in easy information online
Idk how crypto transactions are done nowadays, but back in 2013-2015 I was making a lot of sales and purchases with BTC and it was a pain in the ass to complete them, when compared to credit cards. Centralized currency is simply way more convenient and that is what most people are after nowadays.
I still use cash for now, everywhere I go I prefer paying in cash and sometimes people look at me weirdly which is telling of the direction we're headed.
There is also the issue that the government could actually shut down cryptos if they deemed them dangerous to their system. For that reason I'd rather remain with a physical currency, but you adapt I guess. I'll be using, as much as possible, decentralized currencies.

Ring Signature tech seems to be the gold standard for crypto privacy (e.g. Monero, and the developers are always looking to update it's tech), is that being worked on for Bitcoin?

Exactly. There is also the issue that the government could actually shut down cryptos if they deemed them dangerous to their system.
How would they be able to shut them down?Only way I can think of is tanking the prices systematically.

Physical currency can be good, but the long term plan seems to be to only have CBDC as the official currency, rendering cash worthless. If You Don't Like To Talk About Your Feelings, This Might Help...

why are you guys even talking about bit coin ?
They ll create their own crypto USD owned by the federal bank
what they want to do is is destroy any physical cash and your local supermarket will not to be using btc or any kind of crypto currency that you have right now ...
so if your a white terrorist or even question the government they'll just turn off your account and you'll be living in the streets or sent to some kind of reform prison lol
like imagine youre on ******** and you write something that goes against the narrative like for example '' corona virus response is over exaggerated'' and youll be turned off ffrom society.
Imagine how many the low pathetic sheeps just waiting to snitch on you ....
fun fact go and search the definition of crypto on google
''a person having a secret allegiance to a political creed, especially communism.''
so there you have... it full blown commie agenda

I don't use a smartphone personally due to the privacy issues, but I'm looking into a good cryptophone.

That's sick, I remember in the really early days, to buy some bitcoin I had to find sellers and give them cash and they would then send the funds to my wallet. I also don't use a smartphone so thanks for that link
Exactly.
How would they be able to shut them down?
Only way I can think of is tanking the prices systematically.
Idk any concrete way, I just assume anything that is digital can eventually be shut down
Physical currency can be good, but the long term plan seems to be to only have CBDC as the official currency, rendering cash worthless.
If only most people didn't look down on cash anymore, oh well.

Also like the guy above said, for those who get most of their food from groceries, how do you think would they go about feeding themselves with crypto if the stores don't accept them?

Local Bitcoin let's you do that, but they require ID.
Local Bitcoin Cash and Local Monero are firmly against requiring ID.
https://local.bitcoin.com
https://localmonero.co(in case you don't know, Monero is the gold standard for privacy in crypto. Pretty much only security experts can break the privacy, though some Monero fanboys claim that it can't be broken but that seems far fetched.)
You can use Monero to pay for things in Bitcoin, through an automatic service:https://xmr.to

Gift cards. There are a number of service that let you buy gift cards for crypto.Though, that does mean only dealing with chain stores unless a small business has an App downloaded on their phone and lets you pay.

The nature of a decentralized blockchain means that the network is distributed amongst computers around the world. Some people argue that theoretically it can be destroyed through a 51% attack, where a government or group would control 51% of the network or own 51% of the crypto, and they use their majority of their power to disrupt the network. The theory of the 51% attack is another reason why I support not relying on a single crypto (like some people advocate just relying on Bitcoin). If there are numerous cryptocurrencies being used, then it makes in practically impossible to do 51% on literally every single crypto being used.

The more people who use decentralized crypto the more popular and convenient it comes.
(Organized crime is already using decentralized crypto.)
