All of those pretty boy slim looking models...

How lean? Because anything lower than 15% Bf is pointless. I don’t understand how there could be much difference between 10 and 15% bf.

But anyways, being lean will only look good over 190-200lbs. A lean 175lbs at 6’0 would look grossly sick to most women

You're not just "one" body fat percentage, it varies a lot depending on where and how you measure(anything except an x-ray scan is inaccurate as hell)

I float between 180-183lbs depending on sodium intake @ 6' and have yet to come across a woman that thinks I'm "grossly sick" looking
