reccomendations for barbell/powercage PP(L) routine?
Looking for something fairly quick to get through. I regularly skip legs so I don't care if they are included in the program or not. I'll almost certainly ignore it and just do 300lb deadlifts till boredom.
My gut is telling me just keep it simple and do 3x5 bench, rows, OHP, and pullups (probably a different progression on pullups)
upright rows don't agree with my wrists or I'd probably be using them instead of pullups.
Is there anything glaringly wrong with this (aside from the lack of legs)?
