Did you cook it in a cast iron skillet? The grey/brown border is a major giveaway. I would suggest the reverse sear method.

I cooked it for about 15 minutes on a normal frying pan lol. Gotta look into reverse searing.

Looks awesome brah. Went to parents' house for Sunday dinner last night and she made filet mignon with mushrooms and fat baked potatoes.

i said let it rest to get to room tempature.. made i wasn't clear but i was talking about while the steak was still raw
