The Black Mirror Prophecy.... Metalhead coming true.

A lot of people didn't like the Metalhead episode, but it's one of my favourites, because it warns about the potential future of AI...






Here is the warning - unfortunately - coming true without citizen pushback...

Vaccine passports, lockdowns, robodog surveillance... It's baffling how many people still just think that conspiracy theorists were just crazy in 2020 when they were warning that we are heading towards a digital surveillance state.


Another reason why I think the West is finished, the population as a whole is sleep walking towards a total digital surveillance police state.

It’s funny.. that I am actually nervous to post under this any of my actual views, it feels like we are on the fringes of being put on a list somewhere, to be carried off. Actually, it’s not that funny.

Although, I’m just about to start a masters in AI, so I’ll at least get to see it from the source.

I think that AI can be used for good but I don't trust the people in charge currently using it, nor do I think we live in a culture that truly is concerned about tech's long term effects.
