it facilitates weight loss but if you are fat and unhealthy you need to eat the cliche - minimally processed whole foods
and there is growing evidence in favour of keto - not for weight loss compared to a carb-inclusive diet, but for appetite control (this facilitates weight loss/gain as you can binge and feel hungry a lot) and health (feeling better, less crashes, especially for people who are fat)

Calories in/out still remains true for weight gain/loss. Fact
But your food choices can effect mood, energy, hormones, sleep, recovery, appetite/cravings etc etc which can all have effect on body composition and how you feel mentally and physically.

Do we still need to breathe oxygen as well or has that also been debunked?
V Shred says oxygen is overrated and he'll sell me a pill that replaces breathing.
Harvard discovered a biological loophole, guys!
