tfcc wrist injury
threw a few heavy incorrect right hooks, probably twisted the wrist. went for xray only showed small irregularities in the carpal bones no obvious fracture.
after a week still unable to do push ups, or put much weight on wrist rotation. but able to do pull ups kettle bell swings or any exercises as long i keep my wrist straight..
is this a tfcc wrist injury? wil it heal? as i heard tfcc got no blood flow and might not heal.. MRI over here is too expensive

You're getting old, you might see side affects later in life. I cut myself with a chainsaw when I was younger, the doctors were surprised I could move my hand. Now that I'm older my hand does go numb.

If very acute, immobilize with a splint/brace for 6 weeks. Once pain is 3/10 or less with activity, switch to wrist widget posted above.
If chronic, good luck.

"Same here, im at a point where I watch hentai and jack off to high res VR cartoon hentai maids that look like 3d models of the drawings you usually see in hentais but full vr with boob physics and everything in 3d like real life. They are way better than reality even lol. "

Get an MRI. If you do have a serious one and need surgery you're looking at a year long recovery from the surgery. If you do have the injury and don't get the MRI. And don't get the surgery. You may be looking at an on-going issue for the rest of your life/until you do get the surgery.
The longer you put it off, the longer your recovery will be. Let me guess, you were not in a boxing gym with wrapped/gloved hands with an instructor. You were just pounding away at a heavy bag on your own?
