I've watched some clips on youtube... It's pretty cringe but entertaining.
The stuff they argue is nothing ground braking, but most of it are facts every man should know anyways. It's showing the extremes as the girls they host are absolute degens and literal whores + it's Miami.
The hosts look like complete incels though. Probably why they got so obsessed over the biology behind why they didnt get laid.

One of the most entertaining podcast I've come across. Always watch.
I always thought WTF are American MGTOWers talking about... But based on this show, American dating culture is horrendous. It sounds like America is the most materialistic and narcissistic culture on the planet. There are other materialistic cultures, but they don't seem to have mixed it with narcissism to the level that the US has. It's fascinating to me. I'm talking about the hosts as well as the girls.
Saying that though, a lot of red pillers just talk about theory and give reaction to videos and articles, whilst these guys actual discuss and debate red pill philosophy with women. I've learned a lot, due to these guys getting some aspects of red pill philosophy confirmed by women of all races and socio-economic statuses (in the West at least).

That's the guys fault for not filtering the woman he's with. Not her fault for wanting a man that's going to be driven and successful.
Girl I'm with has no desire to be rich. To be millionaire status. To retire early. Etc. She only wants a 'normal' life. A husband. Kids. A nice home. To drive a nice SUV. To eat good food. To travel maybe once or twice a year to visit out of town family/friends. Etc.
If your going to date someone you need to be clear what their goals/aspirations are. What they want out of life. What you expect from them and they expect from you.
If you want to spend the rest of your life rotting working 30h per week with a low tier job. Don't try to wife up a woman that wants LV bags and a Mercedes G Wagon.

Educated or not, they have very similar reasoning. I think it's honestly because most women in America are not taught to try to put themselves in men's shoes, or to take accountability when it comes to dating or relationships, so that's why they tend to talk the way they do. Narcissism seems to be strongly encouraged in women in America (men too ofc, just not when it comes to dating).

Pretty good podcast, can get a bit old quick since they're pretty much reiterating the same message over and over again but it's a solid message that every man should be aware of. Haven't watched in a minute but they were growing pretty quick I might tune in to see what guests they've brought in since then.

I got majorly turned off the Fresh and Fit podcast 2 nights ago due to 2 things Myron said.
1) One of guests said do they think it's important for men to heal their trauma before finding a relationship, and he dismissed any notion of healing and told men to just work on looks, money and status.
Which is in stark contrast to The Roommates, who are in some ways the mature version of Fresh and Fit who advise men to work on being psychologically healthy, as well as looks, money and status.
I've concluded this for a while, but it seems that Myron and Fresh basically see human beings purely through an evolutionary psychology lens (which is pseudo-science, masquerading as science), meaning the only see man's primal nature, and nothing beyond that. They seem to be obsessed with looks, money, status and sex.
2) I don't consider myself a spiritual guy, but I was majorly turned off when Myron said the following.
"Even if God says you can't do it, I want men to have the attitude that I yes I can do it."
I already said ITT that I believed the hosts were narcissistic, but that is a level of narcissism that is Luciferian philosophically.
Then yesterday I re-read; The Great Divorce By C.S. Lewis, and this morning I thought I would 'give the show another chance', despite being turned off by their obsession with the primal aspects of life. Then I turned on the podcast to see a girl dressed up Devil horns on the show - and it reminded me of everything I disliked about the show, and everything I had read the day before - and noped out.
The Roommates > Fresh and Fit.
