Only benched 320x9 this week, Misc :(

Being dropping a couple pounds lately and bench is taking a bit of a hit.

I also do my heavy bench day the day after deadlifting, so sometimes I'm a bit beat up.

Poverty. I'll do better.
PRs:

Squat: 672 lbs
Bench Press: 446 lbs
Deadlift: 696 lbs
Press: 265 lbs

***I would love to be able to hit 320 for 9. I cannot even do it for 1 rep currently, although I have in the past done 315 for 6 reps.

When I could do 6x315, my 1RM was 350'ish.

Currently I don't go above 120kg, whatever that is in lbs.

Honestly, just really good form and lots of practice. I also make sure I do enough upper back and rear delt work. Stretch pecs, lots of mobility.

What does this even mean lol. I'm not even going that heavy. Something you can do for 9 reps is easy work.

It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Didn't know the weights at Planet Fitness went up to 320 lbs.
