How to get tan without getting bad skin?

Can I lay out in sun whilst wearing spf slathered on? Aren’t the rays that give you a tan the same rays that damage your skin and make you look like **** when you’re older?

Is there a trick? I want that glow yet I notice I don’t look like how I used to when I was 21 anymore. WTF gives?

I used to tan like crazy with 0 SPF when I was younger. Now I avoid the sun/wear SPF 24/7. …. But I want that tan again.

If you have sunblock on it won't be so bad. I'd still really limit sun exposure though. You could also try sunless tanner.

inject melanotan 2, 1-5mg a day. You will only need 20-30 minutes of sun exposure now to get a decent tan

always use sunblock

Go into the Matrix bed at the Tanning Salon. They give you a tan without burning. Always wear sunscreen.

You have two options OP

1. Allow UVA/B rays to wreck your chit but turn you darker, risking cancer over time & certainly causing premature wrinkling

2. Be a pale beautiful God & LOL @ all these 32 year olds that have the skin of someone 62

53 years old and tan. I do not use any sunscreen or suntan lotion. Just don't stay out long enough to get burnt. I never allow myself to get a sunburn.

Sun is good for you in moderation. Vitamin D.

I don’t tan, but if I’m outside I try not to stay out in direct sunlight for more than an hour at a time. Sitting outside and roasting in the sun causes all sorts of skin issues. My mother is olive skinned and she tanned a lot both outside and in tanning beds and now she has a plenty of age spots from it.

When I was working as a landscaper I would sometimes get sunburnt from being outside for several hours in the summer. Luckily for me it can turn into a pretty good tan after but still wasn’t super pleasant to get sunburnt.

If you have more natural melanin in your skin you are going to better protection against the sun and have an easier time tanning. If you are fair skinned or light olive skinned, you need to be cautious with how much sun exposure you get or how often/long you use a tanning bed for if you care about skin health and aging.

No great way to do it. I also prefer the tanned look and can get dark pretty easily in the summer but after a few years of baking in the sun, I’m noticing some sun spots on my upper arms and shoulders and my forehead is wrinklier than it should be for my age. I’d limit exposure. Get enough for your skin to look healthy and your body to produce vitamin D, but more than even an hour of exposure between 11-2 is going to damage your skin. All UV exposure does technically.

yeah I’m a natural brownie but still tan in the winter here in CA when the uv won’t go higher than 4

During the summer maybe 2 times a week for a few minutes a day front and back

Sunscreen only when the **** is like 8+

If u tan daily u only need maybe 10 minutes a side (srs)

sunscreen probably does more damage to you

All those chemicals being absorbed and have U tried washing that **** out? It takes a while and ur probably using more chemicals (soap) and drying out your skin

As long as u stay hydrated plenty of good quality water and don’t overdo you should be fine (srs)

Inb4 some cherry picked photos of that truck driver compared to some pale ass Asian lady that look like dolls

The hottest Asian girls aren’t those super pale ones that use umbrellas in the sun and do everything to stay pale

The hottest ones hit the beach and tan and ****

Lol so hard at them thinking by avoiding the sun they look better just to look good for their age at 50 so some beta white guy will marry them

Meanwhile this fine ass mami has some color on her
