Does removing dairy on a cut debloat you ?

Love dairy, but wondering if I’m consuming too much on a cut. Feel like I can’t get rid of that slight final fluffy layer.

Wat do

No. There's nothing magically bloat-inducing about dairy unless you're lactose intolerant. Even then, it's just "bloat" in the sense that you might have a distended stomach from gas after eating it.

You could reduce sodium and carbs to drop water weight, but that "final fluffy layer" is fat. You most likely just gotta reduce your calories a bit further or up your activity to get rid of it, OP.

Solid response; appreciate it, thanks.

For what it’s worth Franco Colombo observed that dairy gave him that little layer of visible fat that he obviously didn’t want.

Ability to eat dairy results from a genetic mutation, you are not even supposed to be able to tolerate it at all as an adult. A bigger question is: why do you eat it at all? Do you enjoy smelly farts, using 7 rolls of toilet paper, eczema etc.? Is there something wrong with eating wild salmon with a salad?

Interesting.

As to why I eat dairy, convenience.

Breakfast is always a shake/whey, and milk is cheaper and tastes better than other nut “milks” etc.

I have been drinking fairlife milk which may be better as no lactose. Drink it post gym as well.

My old ass lost the ability to process dairy long ago. Occasional Mozzarella is ok thou, probably because made with raw milk? When I want a shake on rare occasion I do orgain whey (not powder, already made one) and mix a raw egg in there with another scoop of some natural whey, no lactose, use an electric small whisk fork, this sheit is amazing. Like a milk shake, but better.
