Body is failing me at 27

This isn't an advice thread, this is a bitch thread.

As I wrote in another thread, I have had pretty much constant pain in my lower back and leg. Can't run or use an elliptical and do cardio. Can't walk up stairs half the days without dragging my foot. People ask me almost every day why I'm limping.

Now I have an ulcer on top of that. I think it happened because I was still drinking liquor like daily while trying to cut on 1500 cals... not enough food to soak up the alcohol, and that aggravated my stomach lining.

And because of that ulcer, I can't fukking sleep. Not without pills, anyway. Sometimes I wake up at like midnight even with pills, vomit, and then can't sleep for the next 6 or 7 hours. And sleep deprivation fawwwwking blows. Yesterday I walked around in circles at Target for 10 mins trying to remember what I came for.

I know how you're supposed to address all this. I started seeing a chiropractor last week for my back (has yet to make a difference). I am on a diet and acid blocker for the ulcer.

But Jeeeesus fukking Christ. I am straight up falling apart. I have the body of a 60 year old man and I'm only like 5 years past the end of puberty.

As someone that had 2 ulcers from H. Pylori, do not take any acid blockers. Stay away from any doctor prescribed bullchit. I cured mine with taking mastic gum and Licorice DGL and eating mainly meat, rice and eggs in chicken stock. Drink bone broth daily with coconut oil.

They were gone after 2 weeks from being very painful. Haven't had them since. Keep taking acid blockers and you'll be deal with digestive issues and long term acid reflux.

trust me OP I went through basically the same chit as you in 2020 with back/nerve issues and H. Pylori with ulcers. It fooking blows but I got through it just by doing this ****.

Also for the back just do this everyday.

Try to drink kefir everyday for a month brah see if it'll help your stomach. It contains tons of probiotics. Maybe talk to a dietician and change up your diet a bit.

It looks like you've got a lot of your issues sorted out. At least you are aware of your problems. I had patients like you that would go on for YEARS without addressing them leaving some of them with permanent damage. To address staying active, I suggest Yoga or CARs (Controlled Articulated Rotations) to ease back into a normal lifting routine.

I had similar problems 2 years ago, at 33. Pain seemed to move from the back of my knee, to my hamstring, glutes and lower back.

Doctor asked about my workout routines, said it sounded like sciatica.

Doctor told me between squats and deadlifts, I had to pick one to remove from my routine and stretch more. I haven't deadlifted in two years and the problem hasnt come back. I didn't even do the daily stretching my doctor recomended
