An lifechanging invention that was never realized due to lack of funding

There was a Robotics Company from the UK who invented a BJ Robot. It basically consisted of an ugly mannequin head with a sh!tty winter coat on, attached to a droid. If this team had followed through with their plan they would have amassed a fortune. Unfortunately, they never were able to raise enough through crowdfunding to mass produce these "robots"

This is just another cautionary tale of not giving up on your dreams before they are fully realized.

Much like the infamous "3 feet from gold story" about a man who went to dig for gold during the gold rush era, and after months of drilling to no avail, he up and quit, then come to find had he drilled a few feet further he would have struck big and hit a huge gold mine.

Had they stuck it out a few years longer, they would have made bank. Particularly during the Plandemic/Scamdemic Lockdown era of 2020, when everyone was coerced by big government to not go out and get fresh air, and remain in a metaphorical jail.
