PPL brahs who train 3x/wk
Do you get crazy doms after every workout or nah?
Been on full body split for about 6mos, thinking about switching to more hypertrophy focus for the summer.
Do you get multiple day doms hitting a muscle group 1x per week?
Been a while since doing a split like that.

I don’t think splitting up muscle groups will be superior to full body training even if your goal is hypertrophy

And it’s just something I read a few times, that full body is superior to “arm/chest/legs/back” day splits
