At 3 months you die

Its more difficult than people make out. I've been sick with long covid for a month and only back in the gym this week. Physique is a little less full and lifts are down maybe 10% but overall I feel I'll be back to normal in 2-3 weeks.

Coming from someone who has been lifting since before most of you were born, I'll explain how muscle memory works for a natural who developed organic muscle.. I owned a mortgage company employing 80 people when the 2008 housing crash hit. My gym closed, break up, blah-blah-blah, etc. and I stopped working out entirely for almost 3 years. Within six months of starting again, I had regained 95% of my strength and all of those nagging injuries I could never shake previously went away.

Disagree with me, fine; but before calling me a fraudster click: https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=185252663

Bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable unto all things.

It depends if you’re a hard gainer or not

People who have difficulty losing weight can keep muscle mass ALOT longer than people that have difficulty gaining weight

I don't know, I don't really think I recall (though I could be wrong) losing significant mass when I went on deployment in the Navy (I lifted maybe twice the entire time) - or going on long stretches of barely working out (due to stupid long schedules). Lots of binge drinking + crap diet + lack of exercise certainly didn't do my physique any favors, but muscle wise I don't think it was significant.

Depends on many factors,
If you take few months off from lifting weights but eat in a surplus probably wont lose much muscle and will probably get it all back as you gain your strenth back.

If you stop working out and dont bother eating much and well below maintaince then you may lose some muscle. But again its all to do with how quickly you get your strength back.
