Some Pictures Of My Vacation In Utah (Pics)
Did a week vacation May 10-17. Flew into Vegas then staying in Springdale for Zion National Park for 3 days, then went to Bryce Canyon, Then went to St. George and Snow Canyon, and then back to Vegas.
Best trip of my life. First ever Trip/vacation alone. Didn't have to wait for anyone. Didn't have to sit around and figure out plans. Just did what I wanted at the pace I wanted at a moments notice.
Hiked until the blisters on my feet were almost unbearable, no wifi or signal pretty much anywhere hiking, and surrounded by beauty.
The pictures don't even do it justice. I have videos too, and even did some funnier video of me slowly dying alone in the bottom canyon desert in Snow Canyon in St. George after running out of almost all my water in 92 degree heat and misjudging how far I went and having to hike back. I was a mess.

Beautiful
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

No I stayed at a lodge in Springdale. Then just walked to the Zion shuttles every morning. I'd be considered a novice outdoorsman haha. Hence why I didn't do actual camping alone for this trip.

What are the accommodations like in the Utah parks? Is it camping, or do they have places to stay?

The people are the worst I've ever encountered though. Most of them are pricks or extremely socially awkward.

There's a higher end Zion lodge halfway in the park as well you can stay at that is much more expensive, but looks awesome. Otherwise most people stay at places about 30 min. away and drive up early in the morning to find parking. What are the accommodations like in the Utah parks? The other state parks all had places to camp or bring your campers right within the park. Not sure about costs or permits. I just saw a lot of them and signs of campgrounds. Snow Canyon you can just stay in St. George and then it's just a 15 min. drive there. That is an absolute hidden gem of a place.

Say, ˹O believers,˺ We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us; and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and his descendants; what was given to Moses, Jesus, and other prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them. And to Allah we all submit.

Such amazing country. Glad you had a good trip. It’s hilarious how something like Snow Canyon would absolutely be a national park and tourist destination in the South, but in southern Utah there is so much cool chit that it is just a state park and a minor tourist destination.
Sorry you had a bad experience with ppl. I wonder if it was other tourists you had the bad experiences with, cause the natives are really great ppl in my experience.

I took so many pics for random chicks and their groups and they were like "Can you take them standing here with this in the background, or focus on this for us." I'm surprised they got any hiking done at all with how much they stopped and talked and took pictures.

Mirin. Best trip I ever did was just my brother and I, no significant others on the high sierra trail Backcountry for a week. Nice to have no complaints to listen to.
