4 mile run with 30lb backpack
Harder on the legs quads and calves than I expected, but felt pretty easy 6/10 should have ran faster. Felt good though gotta do this more often.
What I really wanna do is hill sprints with a weighted backpack…that would be a great exercise……….

I did an hour ruck with 80 lbs in the rucksack this morning. Was only 3.75 miles but burned a ton of calories and got to enjoy nature at a slower pace on a beautiful day.
Ruck is a nice change up to running/lifting and seems to kind of hit both of those worlds. Really underrated workout

Be careful with running with weight added to your back, it's a great way to get knee injuries. I sprained my MCL in the Army from them. (Ded fkn Srs)

Also try to take breaks between doing the same thing, I know not to overdo it.

A while back I ran a few miles with 60 or 70 pounds attached. Big mistake as I tore fascia under my feet and had to still walk back a few miles. 30 sounds a lot safer. Ruck march with lots of weight is good and safe though.
Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!

My feet are a little sore not gonna lie, but not that bad. 3/10 soreness.
