Lol, sometimes I visit family in the suburbs and have this same thought. Nice people, but fuk these people's lives are completely empty. Do the same chit over and over again, and couldn't change it even if they wanted to.
When I tell them my stories of traveling the world, they can't even comprehend doing the things I do.

The mid 20s handsome concierge in my apartment complex has been batting his eyes at me a bit lately
I’m going to ask if he’s available to carry a heavy package up with me to my unit on the 11th floor on the little trolley cart thing
Once we make it to my apt I’m going to probably start making out with him and just see where it goes brah (ded fkn Srs)

Nobody said you have to have kids though. I'm probably your same age, and avoided all the pressure to get married and have kids.
I can tell by your defensive tone that you're not completely on board with your lifestyle though.

When you get to your apartment, open the door and have him help push the cart into the apartment itself. Ensure door shuts behind.
Then assuming you both have chemistry(sounds like you do), the excitement and rush of the situation you are now in together should lend itself to some fun.
Let us know how it goes!
