If i eat cheese before bed? Will i regret it?

I've already had a bottle of champagne and an edible.

My grandmother always told me not to eat cheese before i go to sleep.

If someone knows any studies on cheese before sleep, i'd appreciate it before i take the plunge. srs

No, granny just was tired of little doughnutkin sneaking out at night and stealing her cheese. On a more serious note, when I eat even 2 slices of cheese before bed, my scale weight is 2 pounds heavier the next morning.

It's inflammatory and causes you to retain more water. I'd be like 3-4 pounds heavier if I ate 5 slices right now. But only 80 calories/slice, so unless you have a photo or are going to a pool party or beach tomorrow, a little cheese not a big deal. The extra water weight is gone by end of the day.

I don't have any bread.

I might have the stuff to make a ghetto loaf though, like almond powder and eggs or something.

A bottle of champagne and an edible and you're worried about cheese?

There's never a bad time to eat cheese.

Yes, which is why a lot of people eat cottage cheese before bed.
