Y'all ever been through this? Something similar perhaps?
I have to mentally prepare myself whenever I feel a cough coming.

Baseball players do it often and are on the DL forever.
Only with strong orgasms have i felt something close to that.

Yeah jacked my ribs up by letting the dumbbells come down on them too hard…don’t think I cracked a rib so I always assumed it resulted in a strained intercostal. Whenever I would take a deep breath felt like someone was stabbing me in the ribs, but only last about 2-3 weeks.
Doing it coughing?? Damn bro sounds like you’re gonna have to stop smoking.

Probably a solid 3-4 weeks to completely heal though. I didn’t take anything then but now I’d try to get some cyclobenzaprine (spelling?) from the doc if I were you srs. It’s a potent muscle relaxer and has really helped me with a neck injury in the last couple years, was like magic and vanished in a few days after weeks of getting nowhere natty

Healing intercostal muscle strain
Physical therapy treatment, such as foam roller stretches, may be recommended for intercostal muscle strain. Home treatment may be all that is required if the injury that causes an intercostal muscle strain is not severe and symptoms are mild. Home treatment options include the following: Applying an ice pack or cold pack, followed by heat therapy.

My wife recently. They have her muscle relaxers and Ibuprofen. She has natural molk trucks on a slim frame so after this she's feeling pressure on her diaphragm and has mentioned she'd like to get a breast reduction next year. I said reduction down to DDs is fine

Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!
