Imagine lifting and not doing leg day... Wtf is the point. Deadlifts are fun as fuk. The first time I banged my girlfriend, she looked at me and said "you definitely don't skip leg day." She likes my legs. She likes my lats the best though. She says they give her something to hold on to in the bedroom

Depending on foot placement you can target quads and/or hamstrings on the belt squat too
