Is it possible to have 3D delts as a natty?

Without pump and under perfect lighting?

I'd say impossible for 99.9% of natty lifters.

I can do a 235 strict press at 200-205 BW and my delts aren't close to being 3d. But then again, I also train like a retard and my ant delts get probably >2x the work my post/med delts.

I hit 225 on OHP and my delts arent impressive

you need drugs to get those giant bowling ball delts due to androgen response


all the guys in my gym, a lot of arabs on gear, have delts the size of their head and bench less than me.
