It's actually true I got lazy and stopped taking protein powder and I notice absolutely no difference in my strength. What a scam

Saw no difference in strength or gains whether 100g or 200g of protonz

Leads me to beleaf either is sufficient so why waste the time & money

I saw a difference after 1 week.

Spent months on 200g

Went 1 week on less than 100g (vacation in vienna) and everything dropped my measurements deflated, inbody scan showed a drop in muscle mass. Visual change in mirror

The protein thing was always for mass gain I thought. For the majority of natty lifters, you'll hit your plateau anyway.

But from a sheer strength perspective, the protein is less important.

Can confirm. Minimum of 1gr/LEAN bodyweight, made the most gains.

Saw the difference in 4 weeks, consistent lifting as always 3x/week.

I was doing 200g+ every day without fail since 231lbs

I dropped 20 pounds on a cut at 200g protein. My muscle was static and good

Did that 1 week vacation with bad protein management, and it all fell off

For one, should be 1gr of LEAN bw. Second, it's important to be in a positive nitrogen balance. You can only get there with enough protein.

No I said Legit. Your source needs to also be legit.

I'm just doing what I expect you'll do after I show you sources showing more protein us better.

Also, I can explain it to you logically to make sense too.

Probably a better rule of thumb would be 1g per 1 pound of lean mass

But yeah if you’re natural this is way less important
