6/7 said they would trade places with me and give up all their money if they could redo another 30 years of young age with little worry.

yes. you're a kid until at least 39 and maybe even longer if you look and act youthful. i still feel like a kid and am treated as such by the old Boomers at the gym and elsewhere.

I just watched that blue zones documentary on Netflix (twice) and read two of that guys books.

Imagine being 100 years old and still hearding cattle, chopping wood, cooking meals, etc.

Yeah the people live in a plywood hut, but I'd take that life ALL DAY if it meant perfect health for 100 years.

When an old guy says he wishes that he was young again he usually refers to his 20s and 30s.

30 year olds tend to romanticize their teen years and early 20s but those thoughts are mostly fairytale shyt that never happened. I talked with many oldcels and they say their 30s were better than their 20s.

they did a survey of old people a while back and asked them what age they would like to go back to be - and it was age 25. you're fresh out of school, career is going, working, independent, have your own place, have some money to play with, friends are still free and single and no kids, and you're still young. i agree with age 25. that magical summer of 1995. i still miss her. she was the best man.
