Misc give me a confidence boost - about to call divorced crush

This is a divorced realtor I've had a massive crush on for years. I think she's 49 or 50. She was a realtor for my family and became divorced this time last year. I haven't spoken to her in probably 2 years and my relative and I tried to sneak some interest in but wasn't receptive due to my age. Well she hasn't seen me in a while and I've grown up and look better. I can't find any pictures of her online either. She's probably 5'8 average build brunette, very classy looking.
If it gets to the point in the call I KNOW it'll go either she's too old/old enough to be my mom, or I'm too young/old enough to be her son. I'm not having it.

I mean lots of women are attractive at her age and if she's recently divorced you may have a chance to have something serious. Most people her age and my age don't want to jump into relationships to play the dating game. That is something everyone if your lucky grows out of.
