At this point eye contact and a full sentence without "um", "like", "uh" or "y'know" is borderline impossible for majority of people.

Excel is huge too, getting an Excel cert will make you a desirable candidate in pretty much any computer-based work.

Filler words are something I deal with. Eye contact is easy in-person, online is a different story where I like to look around my monitor. Someone actually called this out during an interview lol. Working on my Excel skills between miscing.

Sales is important, even if you aren't in "sales". Just because you don't sell a product or service for money doesn't mean you don't sell. You sell yourself and your ideas every day.

As far as AI it has a lot to do with keeping up with trends and technology and utilizing it to your advantage.

I would say something medical. Not necessarily a full fledge nurse but a certificate in phlebotomy, EKG, medical billing/coding, diagnostic medical sonographer, radiology etc can really help you find a job anywhere in the US.
