Anybody do minimal carbs during the day until dinner? What happened? SRS, REPS

Just started this last week. Eating 3 meals a day but at 150g of protons by the time my lunch is over. High fat and high protein during day with minimal carbs and big dinner with high carb at night.

I seem to have more energy during the day and its more level, less crashes. What is your experience and results with eating this way?

It doesn't really matter. Calories in vs. calories out at the end of the day. No matter which route you take, you won't see much of a difference. Most people "feel" a difference with low carbs because a lot of people have chemical reactions and allergies to a lot of food sources, causing inflammation they had no idea about. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Not entirely true.

In vs out definitely should be the baseline, but carbs/glycemic intake/insulin levels definitely matter when it comes to fat storage/burning.

OP describing something similar to IF, which has shown to burn more fat at same calories in vs out without carb timing.

I tried IF for 30 days and found my energy levels suffered more than they improved. Everyone is different I suppose so just have to find out what works for you as an individual. If I eat a heavy lunch or even one with carbs at all I get drowsy and lazy as fuk.

Ya I do. Mostly eat bacon and salmon during the day, maybe some berries and apples. Dinner has lots of carbs.

I saw this on another forum once. There was a prolific poster who died and his wife logged in to his account to say goodbye. So, you should have written:

"This is Mrs. FoulSmell. My husband passed way. I'm logging into his account because he cherished the relationships online and loved two things: the gay indian forum and bacon". The latter contributed to his heart failure.

Disagree with me, fine; but before calling me a fraudster click: https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=185252663

That’s a beautiful eulogy. We should get married (no homo).

I'd imagine it's the best way to go about your day.

You have energy (albeit not as much as carbed up) throughout the day and then a nice high carb meal helps you get to sleep and gives your body all the stuff it needs for overnight repairs.

Of course there will always be another side to the argument and in this case it's that a heavy meal is a problem for your body during sleep, which I don't buy.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

^^^Racist police officer who also cries about how racism doesn't exist, also cries reverse racism and typifies the stupidity of the racist right, referring to black people as "they" and regurgitating racist stereotypes.

Agreed. I sleep best after a big carb heavy meal but also noticed that works best when I am done eating 3 hours before bedtime. Dinner at 7, sleep at 10pm etc.
