Read this on another forum, someone asks where to meet girls and this one response said to go volunteer at a senior citizens home because other “high quality women” will be working or volunteering there so it’s a way to meet a good girl. LMAO?!? Wtf? Strong terrible advice.

That’s not how it works irl. Yes I know that every miscer here volunteers at a senior citizen home and bangs the hot 18 year old 10/10 that also volunteers while all the old folk watch, don’t care about your story. Don’t write to me, write to Penthouse Forum.

Just horrible horrible advice, just volunteer to work with old folks at retirement homes so you can try date other volunteers….or one of the old dying ladies lol.

You've got this all wrong. You just need to set the bar a little lower. You need to up your age limit, stop caring about wrinkles and dementia, and do not make having teeth a requirement. Trust me, you'll have every woman in there swooning over you.

On a more serious note, if you've ever been to a nursing home everyone's face lights up when you visit which seems pretty cool at first, but then you realize that no one comes to visit these people which is sad. It's like the last stop before death.

When I was in my prime teen years I worked the restaurant of a rich people old folks home.

Most of the interesting/hot chicks from my HS also worked there. It was probably one of the better jobs around the big city kids in HS could have.



Lots of hookups and whatnot. You could def find an older-than-HS chick at these places. But then again, what kind of job future will they have, so again, maybe not? Gotta find a CEO10k whammin, it won't be wiping up grandpa chit.

You worked in the restaurant. Hookups among restaurant workers are common. OP is talking about the people who volunteer to play bingo and take the seniors on walks and chit, not paid workers of the place.

Bro all the grannies in nursing homes are totally broke within a year or two of being there. They take basically everything away from them, including pensions and chit before gov money kicks in.

I think it's great advice. If the young, hot, female volunteer turns you down you can just go to Gertrude's room 231 and get some. She won't remember and she can't get preggers. Win win

This is partially true. A lot of them own homes with equity in foreclosure and do not realize they have equity. I can think of three of these types of deals I did or attempted. Two with six figure paydays. We had grandma sell the property and do owner financing for her profit. At closing she assigns the owner financed mortgage to a relative who is looking out for her. Then, simultaneously at closing, I pay off her mortgage in foreclosure and the owner financed mortgage. The net-on-sale for grandma was zero but $17k was received by the relative on the sale. The other one was $50k. This way it didn't disrupt either of their finances at the nursing home.

Funny story. I sent two of the nursing home residents gifts for the introduction. For the female, a dozen yellow roses (yellow means friendship for incels who don't know) with a note to call me about her house. For the male, I sent an expensive gift from Shari's Berries. Got me at the table with each to sign contracts.

There was a third one though which was for another female and I sent a dozen yellow roses with a note to call me. She didn't call, so I went to the nursing home and one of the nurses told me which room she was in. I knocked on the door and she said 'come in'. I asked her to confirm she wanted me to come in. She said yes, so I entered and turned to my left to see her sitting on the toilet. Apparently, no one comes to visit her so she thought it was nursing home staff. The woman was mean and nasty. Needless to say I didn't get the third deal. I also think I might be the first one in her life to send her roses.

It's easy to get numbers and stuff but they never follow up, unless they are very interested in you.
