ITT: How many times do you urinate in a day? (no urophilia) (srs)

As a hydrationmaxxer and a black coffeemaxxer, I'll pissat leastonce an hour, and it's an urgent piss. Logistics make it difficult to rock a piss more often than that. So combining concrete need to piss and logistical considerations, my average piss/day (when I'm not sleeping, mind you) is a dozen or so.

It can be inconvenient but it generally feelsjohngoodman.jpeg being a hydrationmaxxer and not a dehydrationcel.

i pee a lot during the day but somehow i don't wake up even once to pee throughout the period that i'm asleep


once i'm fully hydrated i probably am pissing every hour perhaps even more often than that if i'm really putting back h20

Around 6-7 times during the day, on very rare occassions I'll wake up and piss once during the night

Mostly diet sodamaxxing and don't drink enough pure water

About once per hour, if possible.

My normal piss schedule would be like 10 times a day because I stop drinking anything 90 minutes before bed so I don’t wake up to pee. If I do, I won’t be able to fall back asleep.

Probably close to once every 1.5h when I'm drinking a lot of water. Or anything like Coke/Energy drink then once an hour.


For some reason if I drink a Monster I piss at least 2-3X the amount that I just drank. And it runs through me so fast I can probably piss every 30 minutes or so until its all out.

It's weird because since I started phentermine I rarely go to the bathroom, even though I drink a chitload of water. I used to live in the bathroom and annoy my family.

It's very dehydrating.

I'm wearing a jumpsuit and I realized that I didn't go to the bathroom once yesterday after I put it on!!

If something wakes me up, I'll usually have to get up out of bed to rock a piss in the middle of the night. Apart from this, I luckily can sleep through. It's pretty urgent in the morning, though.

My prostrate got fked in my early 30’s , and it forces me to urinate often. Caffeine and alcohol amplifies the problem unfortunately, and I’ll piss a dozen times a day at least .
I drink a lot of water and am in the process of leveling my bathroom floor , so I’m temporarily pissing in a bucket for now . From this I learned that I piss 2.5 gallons every two days minimum
