Is it true that hospitals are sneaking in the jab on consent forms?

Apparently in some places if you go under sedation you have to sign some waivers and in the waiver there will be a statement that says you will be given the covid jab. This happen to anyone yet? Someone said it happened in Florida.

Doctors/nurses are trying to jab patients with that chit against their will.

I haven't heard that but wouldn't be surprised either. It's not like the US government has never run experimental tests on people before against their consent. Used to be poor black people (tuskegee experiments for 40 continuous years) but I think they realized it's more profitable to do it to everybody.

Spent 3 days in the hospital in December and they asked multiple times per day if I wanted the jab, had to sign a form refusing it when they discharged me too.
