I don't think you understand how the justice system works. It's not Trump saying or doing anything.

It's 100% the lawyer's idea and the ones making the request. It's their job to come up with anything they can do to favor their client.

When I got arrested fo DUI, my lawyer got my breath test, and blood test blocked from admission. It was her idea and that's what I paid her for. It came down to my testimony vs the cop and I won. (I wasn't even over the legal limit, but it helped my case). But guess what, you don't have to be over the legal limit. They can nail you for DUI you for .01 bac. Themoreyouknow.gif
