Is your neck a bit stuff?
You say it happens after chest. You might be either lifting your head off the bench a lot or pushing it back into the bench a lot.
Both of those things can impact nerves and blood supply.
If it is only happening after chest, and not other things, then it is specific to something you are doing when you train chest. The commonest thing would be your neck.

Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

Might of cut the coffee and try not to lift my head during chestday to see how it goes. I don't feel sick, just like my blood supply is limited to my head as you said.
Coffee impacts blood supply as well from what I heard. I believe the neck thing and coffee is the issue.
Thanks

acute high blood pressure from lifting. take your bp resting and then in the middle of a workout.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.
