Even if I was a billionare, I would still lift everyday 2 hours a day since I love it - Id probably get pharma grade cell tech prescribed via a HRT program and be in even better shape than as an average person

Yes, the poors need to stay fit for their tradie jobs and doing the physicial labor that the intellectuals refuse to do. Also, they can serve as security/law enforcement to keep other poors away. This is the natural order of things. If the poors were smart, they would simply overpower the intellectuals with their tradie stregth.

You dont have to be either. There's plenty of fit middle/upper middle class people that are actually healthier than the typical jacked up lifter. That stuff can wear your body down when you get older.

If I were to hypothesize I would say there is a correlation that looks more like:

Poor:Obese (due to reduced availability of good nutrition and solid reliable training locations)
Middle Class:"Jacked" (due to having availability and also the time after working their lame 9-5)
Rich:Skinny or SkinnyFat (due to high availability of quality food, but little to no motivation/time for serious hypertrophy training)

Obviously just a guess.
