Daily work essentials

What do you take to work with you everyday that makes life more manageable?

I'm starting to think I'll eventually need to carry a little bag or something cuz currently I fit whatever I can in my jacket.

Depends on your job I suppose.

I bring my lunch/food with me, but that's about it. I've started bringing a little notebook with me whenever I travel for work mainly because I like to take notes, but can't stand any of the note apps on phones or tablets. More of a hard copy kind of guy.

What lunch are you bringing and in what container? I get in at 8 usually and leave at 4, but take my break at 3 lol a bit long, but I can eat whenever I want at my desk. Since I spend about $5-9 a day on lunch I've been thinking about preparing my own.

I premake my meals every Sunday. I switch it up every now and then, but recently been doing this which is frickin delicious:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCaOLQAq9KQ

I also bring some greek yogurt and protein powder for the morning, and an apple and an orange for throughout the day. I try to go to the gym mid-morning and usually have a couple scoops of protein after that too. In the early afternoon if I'm still hungry I have a few canned soups sitting in the office for reserves.

The lunches I just use those containers he uses... old Chinese food containers or can buy a bunch on Amazon. Throw everything in a plastic bag from the grocery store.

I bring a messenger bag with my tablet, phone, earbuds, mouse, money clip, work ID, and car keys.

At work, I leave metal utensils, metal/silicone straws, salt & paper shaker, pillow & blanket, notebook & pens, light therapy lamp, toiletries, and Tums. I work nights.

For myself, pre-prepping my meals I'll have at work helps tremendously. You don't have to think about what you'll bring. Come to think of it, pre-prepping any essentials is helpful. Organize your stuff the evening before, program your coffee, lay out your clothing, whatever helps you get up and go in the AM.

Another thing I find helpful is to give myself 'buffer time' in the early AM between waking and beginning work.

Damn, I remember kratom. Tried a bit of greens in the early AM and some nice red at night. It was pretty useful stuff. Don't need it anymore but it helped me get through a brief rough patch marred by multiple stressors.

Gallon jug of water, few energy drinks, lunches, ass wipes, bunch of nicotine pouches and dip.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Ah, another based brown-pilled individual, I see.

Sadly, few truly experience the pleasure associated with having a perpetually squeaky-clean winking bung.
