True alpha males love cats, fat alphas love dogs.
It never struck me until now but I finally notice it. In nature, the big cats dominate and run everything. In the pet world, cats are mysterious and not keen on giving their attention to anyone. Meanwhile, dogs are simple animals who will just bend over backwards for whoever offers them a home, food, and some attention. Dogs do not question anything and just do as they are told.
Fake alphas think owning a dog makes them alpha when really, they are just NPCs putting on a show. Real alphas own cats because they appreciate an animal that was worshiped in history.
A real alpha does what he wants, just like cats do what they want.
Meanwhile, fake alpha incel NPCs get dogs to feel like they are ahead when really, they are no different than some aged Karen who considers herself a "dog person".

I've gotten conflicting info about cat ownership. Some people say their the cleanest while other people say they make the room smell and poop in your shoe on occasion. My guessing it's different with every cat

I like both cats and dogs. Sometimes when it's -20C outside or there's a thunderstorm or I feel like sleeping in on a Saturday I wish my dog was a cat.
The OP doesn't make a lot of sense though. I would argue that fat lazy fukks would prefer a cat, while someone who's alpha and active would prefer a Border Collie lol.

I grew up with several cats and was team cats up into my teens… when my father bought a dog. It took me maybe a year and then I was, and still am, 100% on team dog. The loyalty I saw and connection I got to my childhood dog was very, very strong. I always feel great empathy to dog owners since I know how deep that bond goes, and how terrible it feels when you have to let go.

kind of funny how cats used to be the pet for shut-in weirdo psycho types, but now that has definitely swung to dogs with dogpill, dogmom, dogs in grocery stores, emotional support dog, etc

When you come to think of it, almost all human behaviour and activity is not essentially any different from animal behaviour. The most advanced technologies and craftsmanship bring us, at best, up to the super-chimpanzee level. Actually, the gap between, say, Plato or Nietzsche and the average human is greater than the gap between that chimpanzee and the average human.
