what would be the worst city to wake up naked in the middle of?

you just wake up, wearing nothing apart from underwear. and you need to get out of the city.

what would be the more nightmarish city for this to happen in?

You think you can survive the desert naked? No way Jose. And Baghdad is easily one of the worst places in the world. I think its top 3 or close to it.
