are we in an 'earlier time' than we think? (srs)

we/I often think we are very advanced but i think we're in much earlier stage than we think

what got me thinking was a TV game show called 'take me out' and a guy comes down the 'love lift', walks down a cat walk, struts his stuff and woos them trying to look cool etc.

it makes you realise how basic we are and we're just chimps attracting other chimps

what do you think? about "we/I often think we are very advanced but i think we're in much earlier stage than we think"?
Overthinking, overanalysing separates the body from the mind

Everything is about to change. Within 50 years (probably closer to 5-15 years) we'll develop computers that are aware and smarter than us, which will make one smarter than itself. All bets are off at that point.

Yeah most of us are just dumb regular people. Better for us to be this now, than 300 plus whenever years ago, when odds are we would be living in a slum.
