Not gonna lie, I looked in from the drive thru window and it was some pretty nasty people working there. I need to visit the other location where it’s all high school kids.

Gather and sell your information just like any other app

Plus it’s a bit of a loss leader right now. They want to set the tone that it’s better to order over the app instead of in person, then they don’t need to pay a person to take your order.

They’re setting you up for 5-10 years down the line

One of the hidden ones people seem to refuse to use is the grocery store apps

I literally scroll thru my Safeway app everyday and save an ez $10-$15 on what would've been $50 grocery trip
