i'm down from 217lbs to 202lbs son

Btw don’t sear. Simply place on a rack in a baking pan and bake. It comes out perfect and crispy. Plus you can save the bacon grease.

if you have to use a pan on the stove put a little water in it with the bacon. comes out better. dont believe me look it up. best method is cook it halfway in the oven then finish pan frying them. trust me
