I can only assume she's so utterly defeated that she just wanted nothing to do with the documentary.

She is ridiculed online mercilessly every time tmz sees a Pic of her. 0 chance she'd get back on camera in her current state.

One thing I did feel about that doc, although obviously everyone involved is an utter creep... I couldn't help but notice the people who were willing to get on camera were all basically failed child actors. Not a single one of them made anything of their acting career. Every single person interviewed felt like they absolutely jumped at the opportunity to be on a camera again and would have said almost anything to be there.
