you ever do fasting? I used to do alternate day fasting and would do 40 hours fast/8 hour eating window, and I can concur. The reward increases the longer you go without eating, but tapers off if you go too long.

This is the thing - if you are hungry for pizza or barbeque or fried chicken or anything that tastes hyper-good, but you are not hungry for an apple, then I have news for you, you are not hungry. I can relate to eating a banana or even a cracker after 36 hours no food. Like the most delicious thing ever. I think that's with anything in life, deny yourself for a while and then the event is much more pleasurable.

My calories have always been low, more so now given that I'm pretty sedentary outside lifting. I'm sitting at 170 now. I'm thinking I can probably hit the low 160s.

That's nothing, OP. I spent years at single digit BF % due to anorexia. At its worst I was below 5% & nearly died of cardiac arrest. Every bit of food I had, whether it was a piece of fruit or even plain lettuce almost always resulted in my cawk getting completely hard whilst throbbing to the point of almost cumming in my pants. Sometimes there were tears of joy or relief streaming down my face at the same time. Srs.

I think you easily add another 150-200 cals and you'd be fine. How many times do you eat during the day? You could try less meals which would give you bigger portion sizes. That might help to hold you over a bit longer.

Just some thoughts.

This is why I don't have the discipline to get under 15%, srs. I would phucking sit at work in this hazy food-deprived stupor, fantasizing about the next time I could eat 400 cals.

I wasn't lifting chit, and had no goals for weight loss beyond thinning out my face for Hinge pics, so I called it off pretty soon after that.

That's actually what I'm doing, 2 main meals, 1 extra. I like to keep it simple and straight-forward.
