It's a long and involved story, but the cliffs:

-Employee was a constant whinner
-Finally gave his 2 week notice via email including a passive-aggressive "…found a much better job with an even better management" statement
-Dad had him escorted out of the building by security the very next day

LOL at thinking just because he gave a 2 week notice he'd be allowed to stay at the job for the whole 2 weeks and probably slack and do nothing because he knew he was on his way out already
