Is it Appropriate to eat Dinner if you had All You Can Eat (whatever) for Lunch?

i had all you can eat sushi a few hours ago. i had like 6 hand rolls, a rainbow roll, a salmon avocado roll and 15-20 pieces. and a big sapporo
