Are you working towards moving up in your career or content where you're at? And if so, what are you doing moving forward?

Content. I make as much as the next person up, but it’s not guaranteed. However, I have next to no responsibilities and I don’t have to bring work home. I’d rather leave it in my hands to make the same by performing at a high level

Makes sense. No point in doing more if you earn the same and aren't looking to move up.
