It's only possible in a completely empty gym. If there are sloots around, tunnel vision is broken (but extra motivation); if useless ph@ggots are in your way, tunnel vision is broken

Srsly though I don't really look around while resting in between sets. Apart from a few glances here and there I'm focusing on getting ready for the next set.
