If going to the gym is healthy why do all old school gymcels look terrible?

All the washed up meatheads always look terrible. All bulky, bloated, skin is red and Inflamed and brutal, all of them claim they had injuries and so fourth.

I'm not seeing any longestivty or health, just some bloated carb addicted meatheads srs.

The gym does not make you healthier in any single way, and most gymcels have eating issues/disorders/ food addictions srs.

Gym is filled with mentally ill and brainwashed bro scientists srs.
-germ theory is 100% fake
-raw meat , raw eggs , raw butter, raw milk everyday crew
-no alcohol crew
-moisturize with butter and wash face with milk crew

People think going to the gym is healthy, and have adopted a if it fits your macros philosophy so they eat junk food and workout snd claim their heslthy because they vsn bench a lot of weight
