Friend of Mine Got Arrested Last Night

He had been drinking and pulled over to get gas at a Citgo. Was wearing a long sleeve shirt and spilled some gas on his arm. Got back on the road and lit a cigarette and HIS ARM CAUGHT ON FIRE. He rolled his windows down and was flailing his arm out the window trying to put out the flames.

Cop was right behind him and pulled him over and arrested him. Do you know why? Hint: it was not for being drunk.
