What is your personal philosophy on how to run a
Successful business?
I've been watching bar rescue a bit lately and every bar I Google search from the show is now out of business.
.
Here is why I believe that is
The problem was not the bar, the business model , the food etc etc The problem was the idiots running it.
If you drive , let's say a 1980s Yugo and you drive-in onto the ground because you don't change the oil or brake pads etc etc. The problem is not the car the problem is you. So I could give you a brand new rolls royce that person will still destroy it and run it into the ground
Taffer can't give the same trashy scum bags a new bar with a pretty face and expect it to succeed.
This is why business put signs out front "under new management "
If I were to give advice to any new business owner it would be to actually get to know the people you hire, you can't go by just a resume pick out a team, all go out together for drinks on a Friday night and see how everyone clicks and gets along one bad link in that chain, no matter how good the rest of the unit is that one bad link will cause it to break when you need it the most.
Go out and find a report. . If you find a solid team, you have good customer service. A good product. It will 9 times out of 10 be a winner
